Yoga
Yoga is the art of changing and accepting myself and everything what is happening in my life. Yoga is searching the unity with my-Self and Universe. Yoga is helping me to live a balanced, happy and authentic life.
I truly believe that yoga
is for everyone
You might be thinking: I’m not flexible enough, I’m not fit enough.
But I’m telling you – you are just perfect for moving, breathing and connecting with your inner self.
I would never have thought that I could become a Yoga teacher. I was far away even from exercising.
But as very often in life, impossible happens.
Years back, I didn’t have an idea what yoga is. As a child and young lady, I wasn’t really fit and I hated to exercise.
I was sitting a lot. Sitting at home with books. Sitting at school, at work. I was working as Controller for 19 years. That meant years of sitting at computer. I was in a constant stress. I was in pain. Back pain, pelvis pain, soul pain.
I needed to move.
When I discovered yoga, it was like a miracle. It brought me such a relief! I felt better, lighter, fitter.
In the beginning, yoga was just a physical exercise for me and I didn’t have time to practise it regularly. But deep inside me I had a desire to do it more often. Same as I wanted to know more about it!
After some time, attending various yoga workshops and my trip to India, I discovered the spiritual dimension of yoga.
During pandemics I started to exercise yoga regularly and meditate. I could observe, how my body is changing and my mind calming down.
I decided to take the Yoga teacher training in Ananya studio in Vienna. I became a certified Yoga teacher with 200 hours of Anusara yoga training and later also Prenatal Yoga teacher.
Anusara means to let your heart guide you. Guiding people through the path of yoga just makes so much sense to me. It's a conscious work with the body and energy. I love the flow of energy and the connection that arises there. Online or live, it works.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 4 years. I teach in Slovak, English and German.
Try. I’m here for you.
